Smells like Dutch Spirit

Last week, we were complaining about how everyone wants to build bikes these days -- from Hummer to Puma, it's a sign of hipster cred to have your brand on a two-wheeler, even if you've already got cred bleeding out of your eyeballs and earholes.

Today, this came across our desk: a Chanel bicycle, retailing for about $13K. (Taking into account the dollar, which is weaker than a Floyd Landis excuse.)

According to Hippie Shopper,

Uh, yeah. Not so much. But they'll undoubtedly need their own authentic Sherpa to load this thing onto the old Defender 120.
