The dark side of Lake Wobegon: Bikes versus dogs

Round one -- a long one, refereed by Judge Judy -- goes to dorky roadie. This dog needs smarter owners.

Be sure to notice this dude's farmer-roadie tan, the awesome Minnesota accents, and a passing reference to the ol' framepump solution...

Also this: Jim Jones is alive and well, and riding a Surly Karate Monkey in Northfield, Minnesota!

Great find! Love the argument the defendant made that the rider was 35 miles away from home. "What's he doing so far from home? There are thousands of miles of trails and paths in this state?" Sad, but this is how so many in the U.S. feel about bikes.

Oooh man that part reeeally pissed me off.

How about this: "If I backed out of my driveway in my car and he hit me, it would be my fault?"

Damn straight it would be your fault!! Same as if a car hit you--look both ways before pulling out of your damn driveway!
