Bottoms up! Bourbon + Bikes = Less Bloating
Never mind that trip to climb Ventoux or Alp d'Huez, or to ride one of the Queen Stages in its entirety. We'd rather jump on this self-guided bike tour through Kentucky bourbon country.
Besides, it comports much more nicely with our rigorous, ad hoc training regimen: We've been working intensity with Irish whiskey, the VO2 max with Scotch, and long slow distance with corn sourmash.
