The final cleat drops?

Jan Ullrich is more or less the last member of Team Dopers to admit use of EPO through the late 90s, inclusive of the year 1997 when he won the tour. As it turns out, someone else may pull him to the line. Team drug dealer Jef D'Hont is confessing for him:

He described the injection, which he claimed he gave Ullrich in France, as having taken "about 10 seconds, like giving insulin to a diabetic". He added that Ullrich had "done the same as all the rest."

Never one of the tightest spokes in the wheel, Jan has frequently seemed awfully slow off the bike. But at this point, whatever legacy he might have enjoyed is but a glint in Lance Armstrong's eye.
