The bicycle backlash has begun?

For a recent French gig, Radiohead donated 50 free front-row tickets to anyone who cycled to their label's Paris office to pick them up. Alas, only 15 of the tickets were claimed.

This "bicycle blunder," according to the trashy British fishwrap The Sun, was evidence of the "egghead rockers potty ploy" backfiring.



This no doubt proves that continental Radiohead fans are among the most vehement deniers of Global Warming, and would rather forego a free concert ticket than play into the hands of the worldwide bicycle conspiracy. Can't we all just stop with this whole "Global Warming" fad?

Or maybe word just didn't spread as far and wide as Radiohead would have liked.

The Sun, of course, is a reputable family newspaper with the highest journalistic standards that also features bare-breasted women each day on page three.
