Not Seen at Interbike

This hubless bike

was not seen at Interbike. Too cool? Just a pipe-dream? According to the hype, the bike is a hubless, spokeless and very lightweight bicycle powered by cranking magnetic pedals which rotate the tires suspended between other magnets. It has won a design excellence award by the Industrial Design Society of America.

Look for this in LBS everywhere. Or not.

i say you'll see this bike at a triathlon within a year. those guys are the most tasteless bunch of all.

still, the engineering on this thing would be cool to see.

completely hubless, but does that mean bearingless? I guess the bottom bracket must be made out of magnets too, in that case
