Well, clearly that's the German Knickebien/Radfliegerabwehr SkFfz 52/16 mobile anti-aircraft radar developed in late 1944 as the Allied bomber offensive began to choke off oil supplies to the Wermacht.

Slim wins it, though. Yeah, that was the Wright Brothers' rig for determining angle of attack against the wind. Remember, they ran a bike shop whilst they were inventing flight -- flying and biking are intimately related!
