Gotta love the innocent and sweet bike industry...

In Ergon's press release, Dave Wiens sez,

"Yeah, I used the large grips. They're awesome" stated Wiens after his victory (Ergon grips come in Small and Large sizes), "I really noticed what a big difference they make when I rode a bike without them, after having used them the day before (for the first time.) Thanks again for getting them out to me before the race. I'm hooked.. "

Despite the trend among urban posengers, no one likes to ride dirt without grips. On the other hand, not many people are considerate enough to credit a podium finish to their handbar accessories!

Anyway, we say hurray to Wiens, Ergon, and the Leadville 100. The rest of yis: Get a grip... (See, we're doing our part too!)
