The lede-out, stage 10: Everything you need to know about the TDF today

Finally, a victory for the French -- and a victory for experience.

Cedric Vasseur, pushing 40, crossed first today. He was followed on the line by less than a tire width by countryman Sandy Cassar--another old timer. We've been seeing a lot of fresh faces, but it's good to know there are some new tricks in an old dog once in a while.

Flat stage, no major fireworks. A good day to keep your nose to the grindstone and your butt in your cubicle.
